Munich-based IT staffing specialist Allgeier has increased sales revenue in the nine months to September by +12% to €297.8 million from €265.7 million a year ago, the company reported on Friday.
The increase in sales was due to both operational growth and acquisitions. But EBIT (earnings before interest and tax) fell -27% to €6.3 million when compared to €8.7 million a year ago.
Earlier this year, Allgeier acquired the Turkish recruitment provider Oxygen Consultancy as well as the German staffing firm Tecops. Allgeier achieved revenues of €378.8 million in 2011.
Allgeier specialises in IT solutions with more than 4,000 employees and 1,500 freelance IT experts. The firm has operations in over 90 locations across the German-speaking region, the rest of Europe, as well as in India, Mexico and the USA.
