Munich-based IT staffing and software firm Allgeier continued to post robust growth figures with revenue last year jumping by +12% to €423 million from €379 million in the previous year, according to preliminary data. The rise in revenue was helped by both operational growth and acquisitions.
In 2012, Allgeier acquired the Turkish recruitment provider Oxygen Consultancy to boost its international operations. The firm also expanded in the local market with the acquisition of German staffing firm Tecops.
During the year, consolidated EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) grew +3% to €22.9 million while consolidated EBIT (earnings before interest and tax) dropped to €9.1 million from €12.0 million in the previous year. Earnings before tax was €11.3 million, compared to €9.5 million in 2011. Net income rose by €3.5 million to €8.8 million.
Allgeier specialises in IT solutions with more than 4,000 employees and 1,500 freelance IT experts. The firm has operations in over 90 locations across the German-speaking region, the rest of Europe, as well as in India, Mexico and the USA.
