French – Staffing firms authorised to recruit apprentices

A decree published on 11 April 2012 and transcribed in the French Labour Code has authorised staffing companies to recruit apprentices, specifying under what conditions they may work.  Notably, the apprentice must be supervised by two “masters of learning”, one in the staffing agency, the other in the user enterprise; and the duration of their contact must be at least six months to ensure some stability in their training.
