France – Synergie generates record high revenues, seeks acquisitions

Revenues were up by +29.8% from 947.7 million Euro in 2009 to 1.23 billion Euro in 2010 at Synergie SA (SDG:PAR), the staffing and training services group.

Revenues generated in France were up by +17.4% from 627.5 million Euro in 2009 to 736.7 million Euro in 2010.

Revenues generated in other European countries were up by +54.4% from 301.4 million Euro in 2009 to 468.5 million Euro in 2010.

Revenues generated in Canada were up by +34.5% from 18.7 million Euro in 2009 to 25.2 million Euro in 2010.

Q4 revenues were up by +31.6% from 258.6 million Euro in 2009 to 340.2 million Euro in 2010.

Q4 revenues generated in France were up by +21.2% from 166.8 million Euro in 2009 to 202.2 million Euro in 2010.

Q4 revenues generated in other European countries were up by +50.6% from 86.8 million Euro in 2009 to 130.8 million Euro in 2010.

Q4 revenues generated in Canada were up by +44.3% from 5 million Euro in 2009 to 7.2 million Euro in 2010.

Daniel Augereau, Chairman and Chief Executive, commented "our strategy to maintain our efforts during the economic crisis have borne fruit in 2010: our growth rates are much stronger than those of the markets we operate in."

"We are confident that 2011 will be a good year for Synergie and we intend to increase revenues by more than +15%."

The group says further in a statement "at the end of 2010 we had a cash flow of 50 million Euro. We remain open to acquisition opportunities in Europe and, in particular, in Germany were we intend to grow further."

In early trading Synergie's shares were down by -0.46 % to 21.70 Euro.
