Futurestep, a recruitment process outsourcing company (RPO) part of US recruiter Korn/Ferry, today announced a major two year-contract with Siemens France to help the technology firm with its talent and recruitment needs across the country.
The responsibilities assigned to Futurestep cover the management of professional and non-professional hiring for all types of roles and for all branches of Siemens France.
“The solution implemented by Futurestep will enable us to access scalable, flexible talent resources to manage the peaks and downturns,” said David-Alexandre Gava, head of Resources at Siemens France.
“Futurestep’s on-site consultants will work closely with our talent acquisition team and share their expertise and know-how to deliver the Group’s strategic objectives.”
Although Korn/Ferry last week reported a -2% fall in third-quarter fee revenues due to a slowdown in executive recuitment, Futurestep saw fee revenue rise by +5% to $30.0 million in the quarter.
