HR and talent management software suppliers Lefebvre Software and Cezanne Software have rebranded following the acquisition of UK-based Cezanne in February. The companies will now be known under the name Talentia Software to create a “meaningful” international brand, the companies said.
Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro, president of Talentia Software, said: “We thought it was crucial to bring all our subsidiaries together under one international brand, and to offer our clients a range of solutions that are both integrated and modular for the optimal management of company performance.”
Lefebvre acquired Cezanne in late February, making it the firm’s fifth external acquisition within the last six years. The company, which expects to make turnover of €60 million this year, has steadily increased its reach across Europe, also planning to drive visibility in Italy, the UK and Spain as well as opening up new markets in Portugal, Greece and the Americas.
Lefebvre Software develops management software for finance, CPM and HR-payroll. Cezanne Software, which recently partnered with US-based recruiter Kelly Services, offers Software as a Service (SaaS) HCM and HR software systems.
