Belgium — Temporary employment up by 16.16% year-on-year

The latest figures published by the Federation of Employment Partners (Federgon) reveal that the number of hours worked by temporary employees in May 2010 was up by +1.91% compared to April 2010.

Month-on-month, the number of hours worked by blue-collar temporary employees was up by +2.85% whilst the number of hours worked by white-collar temporary employees was up by +0.54%.


Compared to May 2009, the number of hours worked by temporary employees was up by +16.16%.

Year-on-year, the number of hours worked by blue-collar temporary employees was up by +26.54% whilst the number of hours worked by white-collar temporary employees was up by +3.38%.
