Netherlands – Rogue staffing agencies fined 24 million Euro

The Dutch tax authorities have imposed 24 million Euro in fines and back-dated social security premiums on rogue staffing agencies in 2010, the Ministry of Finance reports.

The agencies were mainly fined for not declaring all their income, thereby underpaying taxes and premiums, the Ministry said.
