France - Adecco fine for racist recruitment practices reconfirmed

The Paris Court of Appeal has ruled that Adecco, its subsidiary Ajilon and cosmetics manufacturer Garnier (part of L'Oréal) must pay 30,000 Euro to anti-discrimination organisation SOS Racisme for racist recruitment practices dating back to the year 2000, specialist publication Capital reports.
