Hays Plc (HAS:LSE), the second largest staffing agency in the UK, has lost one of its biggest contracts after it blundered by revealing the pay details of 3,000 staff at its client Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in an e-mail to 800 RBS employees in August this year, specialist publication ThisisMoney reports....
