Matt Norton is Workforce Solutions Research Director at Staffing Industry Analysts. He is the analyst and advisor to CWS Council members on global market developments across the entire spectrum of workforce solutions including MSP, RPO, VMS and Total Talent Management.

Since joining SIA in 2012, Matt has authored SIA’s Workforce Solutions Ecosystem Report, Global Staffing Market Forecast as well as publications on Robotic Process Automation in his prior role as Senior Research Analyst.

He is a frequent presenter and moderator at industry conferences and events.

Matt holds an BA from Royal Holloway, University of London and a master’s degree from The London School of Economics.
