Kersten Buck is Vice President, Global Strategic Solutions for SIA, providing real-time strategy and insights to the dynamic and evolving talent marketplace. Known for her expertise, strong commitment to enterprise stakeholders, and strategic vision, Buck drives innovation and integration across the workforce solutions ecosystem, and brings extensive domestic and global experience to her role.

Previously Buck, who joined SIA in 2011 and has been a major contributor to SIA’s growth, held the role of Senior Director of Global Strategic Solutions. She has also held executive positions in Sales, Operations, Outsourcing Solutions, Consulting, IC Compliance, Global MSP Services, and Implementations. Her hands-on practice in translating client needs to operational solutions resulted in programs with measurable results and continued improvements and successes in cost reduction, program adoption and supplier participation.
