James Waite

James is responsible for supporting European and ROW CWS Council members with both tactical guidance and strategic perspective. As the Director, Contingent Workforce Strategies and Research Europe, James brings to the his role a wealth of hands on experience in SOW management and international project based solutions. His most recent relevant experience was with Adecco/Pontoon Solutions, as the head of Pontoon Solutions Implementation Group EMEA James was responsible for MSP Pan European Solution planning, coordination, implementation and transition to Program Operation. James graduated from Lancaster University, in the United Kingdom, and holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Having worked and lived in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland, James has strong international experience with varied management roles gained in consultancy and technology solution groups and specialises in program management and technology solution integration.
