Swiss IT specialist service provider RM Group has acquired Swiss IT recruitment firm Human Capital AG.

The acquisition will allow the Group to expand its position in Switzerland as a service provider for the placement and distribution of IT specialists. The existing Human Capital team and will now be working under RM IT Professional Resources AG.

Human Capital AG is a member of professional associations Swiss ICT and the Swiss Staffing Association and is certified according to ISO 9001 standards. Human Capital customers now have access to services from the RM Group. 

The RM Group generated a turnover of about CHF 60 million (USD 61.5 million) in 2015 which would place it among the top ten providers in the Swiss market. As well as the provision of temporary and permanent staff, the Group also provides MSP, VMS and payroll services.
