After the Leader, Market Consolidation Changes Largest IT Staffing Company Outlook

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – July 27, 2010 – In its annual list of largest IT Staffing Companies, Staffing Industry Analysts finds TEKsystems (a division of Allegis Group) standing on top of the IT temporary staffing world. TEKsystems generated $2 billion in revenue, a 15% decline from last year, but nonetheless is a significant leader followed by Manpower which produced $760 million in revenue. Manpower and Adecco both climbed the list this year due to their respective acquisitions of Comsys and MPS.

Staffing Industry Analysts estimates that the largest IT staffing firms generated $9.3 billion in revenue, which represents 59% of the total market. TEKsystems, the leader, has an estimated 13% market share.
