Richard has over 25 years’ of experience within the sales & finance industries dealing with corporate and private clients. In his role as Senior Director of Global Strategic Solutions, Richard helps to advise Staffing Industry Analysts corporate members about how best to utilize Staffing Industry Analyst research, providing insight and perspective on best practices when managing a contingent workforce focusing on his expertise in compliance and risk management.

During the last decade Richard has been at the forefront of assisting staffing agencies and corporate clients with their global expansion plans, with particular focus on Europe, the Middle-East, and Africa, helping to develop legal and compliant solutions for contractors working internationally. Richard has supported the implementation and operation of around 70 country solutions globally developing partnerships with in-country professionals to help establish functional compliance programs ensuring contractors work legally.
