In the survey, 16 percent of operators said recruiting and retaining employees is the number-one challenge currently facing their business — the highest level since February 2008 — after averaging just five
utilization held steady with more than a fifth saying they hired through a staffing or recruiting firm in the past year. Satisfaction held steady as well with an 8 percent Net Promoter Score — the measure
leadership roles within the Hays USA business.
