For our 2013 VMS/MSP Customer Experience Report, we asked staffing suppliers to score their satisfaction with the vendor management system (VMS) they have the most interaction with. We calculated net promoter scores, which can range from -100 percent to 100 percent. Scores above zero are considered favorable while scores below zero are considered unfavorable. Overall, suppliers were staunchly negative on VMS, with a score of -59 percent. We also asked respondents in which skill segment their company generated the most revenue in 2012. Those noting the IT and engineering segments were generally less negative than suppliers noting the commercial and healthcare skill segments.
