MSP Satisfaction by Spend

In our 2013 VMS/MSP Customer Experience Report, we asked staffing suppliers to score their satisfaction with the managed service provider (MSP) they have the most interaction with. We calculated net promoter scores, which can range from -100 percent to 100 percent. Scores above zero are considered favorable while scores below zero are considered unfavorable. Overall, suppliers were staunchly negative on MSP, with a score of -58 percent. There was one group of suppliers, however, that had a generally favorable opinion of their MSP, those that generate more than 75 percent of their business through an MSP.
