In our 2011 Contingent Buyer Survey, we asked respondents about their 2010 compensation (base salary plus bonus and incentive pay). Among respondents that noted HR as their primary job function, the median compensation package was $116,000. The median for procurement was $120,000. The job title breakdown among all respondents was VP and above (7 percent), director (22 percent), manager (51 percent), individual contributor/other (20 percent).
79%: Percent of CW program managers noted they received a bonus in 2010.
Of those receiving a performance-based bonus, 61 percent noted that less than half of the bonus was based on individual performance.
