ZeroChaos said today it acquired Adecco USA's PayWise Inc. division, a provider of payrolling services. Terms of the deal were not announced.

"For 50 years, PayWise provided unique solutions and impeccable service to a host of venerable clients," said Harold Mills, CEO of ZeroChaos. "The newly expanded ZeroChaos will serve 150 customers in seven countries. We have complementary services and virtually no client overlap. As a result, this transaction creates the most significant and capable professional payrolling solution in the market."

ZeroChaos ranked No. 45 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest U.S. staffing firms.
