ZeroChaos CEO Harold Mills to step down

ZeroChaos announced Harold Mills will step down as CEO, effective Jan. 1 to focus on long-term strategies in a new role as vice chairman of the board at the Orlando, Fla.-based provider of VMS, MSP and other services.

Mills received the Peter Yessne Staffing Innovator Award in from Staffing Industry Analysts in 2010. Mills has also appeared on the Staffing 100 list of most influential people in staffing.

“I am proud of what we have built together at ZeroChaos over the past 15 years, and I look forward to being part of our future growth in my new role of vice chairman,” Mills said. 

Board Chairman Campbell Langdon will oversee ZeroChaos’ executive team, which will continue to manage its global business.

“We all recognize the enormous contributions and influence of Harold at ZeroChaos over the past 15 years and are delighted that he has agreed to work with the board on strategic initiatives as vice chairman,” Langdon said. “As we look ahead to next year and beyond, our business is on a strong trajectory of growth as we continue to deliver innovative talent solutions to our clients across the globe.”

ZeroChaos provides VMS and MSP services as well as independent contractor compliance and risk management, RPO, statement-of-work solutions and other services. It operates in 45 countries.

The company was acquired in 2011 by private equity firm Snow Phipps.
