ZeroChaos Buys VMS and MSP Provider

January 09, 2012

ZeroChaos acquired WorkforceLogic, a firm with service lines that include a vendor management system (VMS) and a managed service provider (MSP) offering. The deal closed Thursday.

WorkforceLogic’s MSP services were ranked as a “top performer overall” by staffing buyers and staffing providers, according to research by Staffing Industry Analysts. WorkforceLogic’s Essentials VMS was a top performing VMS as ranked by staffing firms.

“The fusion of ZeroChaos and WorkforceLogic will be a powerful force in the workforce management solutions market, with the combined infrastructure, global presence and financial stability of two incredibly strong companies,” said WorkforceLogic CEO Catherine Candland.

WorkforceLogic’s management team will remain, said John Cloonan, director of marketing and social media at ZeroChaos. “We are looking to make this as seamless an integration as possible,” Cloonan said.

ZeroChaos’ services are now offered in 96 different countries with the acquisition. ZeroChaos, based in Orlando, Fla., is a VMS and MSP provider as well.

Terms of the WorkforceLogic transaction were not announced.

WorkforceLogic was purchased from Sonoma, Calif.-based Gary D. Nelson and Associates, the parent company of Nelson Staffing.
