U.S.-based staffing firm Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, appointed Andy Roane as vice president of recruitment process outsourcing. Roane previously was vice president, operations for PeopleScout, where he led RPO engagements with Fortune 500 companies. He also served as managing partner of sales recruiting firm Itb Recruiting and as vice president of sales for Monster.com.

Roane will take responsibility for the strategic direction and operational execution of Yoh’s RPO business and lead the expansion of sales and delivery of the company’s RPO business in the U.S. and Europe.
