Johnston has served on Workway's board since 2005. She was also co-founder and chairman of Title Temps/Onstaff from 1996 until selling to Hall Kinion in 2002.

In addition, Workway promoted Wesley Samuels to CFO from controller and Alan Prince joined Workway's board of directors.
