Workway, a Burbank CA-based financial staffing firm, announced that it has formed a healthcare staffing division. The company offers per diem and travel nurses as well as allied health professionals.

"Workway Nursing leverages Workway's national presence to provide contingent labor for the many hospitals systems that are suffering from a shortage of talented nursing staff," said Michael Agee, executive VP of Workway Nursing.

The company has three Workway Nursing offices in California and plans to open a Las Vegas office in May. Agee said the company plans to add two more by the end of the year.
