WorkforceLogic names new executives

WorkforceLogic, a division of the Sonoma CA-based Nelson Family of Companies, announced the arrival of five new key executives.

Stuart Thompto will serve as senior VP for product development and management. Thompto has more than 20 years of experience, previously serving as VP of engineering at Groundwork Open Source and as VP at JasperSoft Corp.

Jim Golden joins WorkforceLogic as VP of sales and marketing. Golden most recently served as VP of business development at dotStaff, managing sales of MSP, VMS and other services. Golden was at Fieldglass prior to dotStaff.

Glen Tolleson was hired as VP of client services. Tolleson was previously at Adecco Solutions where he led non-tech U.S. operations and relationship management for a domestic MSP program.

Melissa Oliva returns to WorkforceLogic as VP of compliance. Oliva served at Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) as ICS compliance manager and also served at SourceRight Solutions, a division of SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN), where she was senior compliance manager. Oliva had served at Nelson previously, having joined the company in 1998 before going on to Kelly and SFN.

Also, WorkforceLogic announced Wendy Liberko as director of operational excellence. Liberko most recently served as VP of national account sales development and administration at Adecco.

WorkforceLogic offers a vendor management system, managed service provider services, independent contractor compliance services and other services.
