Recruitment process outsourcing provider WilsonHCG acquired Head2Head, a Canada-based recruitment services firm. The transaction took effect March 31; terms were not disclosed.

WilsonHCG’s company name and branding will remain as it is currently, while Head2Head will add “A WilsonHCG Company” to its branding. Head2Head’s staff and executives will remain with the organization and titles will be adjusted based on region and growth objectives.

The acquisition strengthens WilsonHCG’s RPO and human capital consulting offerings and expands its market share in Canada.

WilsonHCG, which is headquartered in Tampa, Fla., last month acquired Sumner Grace, a US-based global talent acquisition, talent management and workforce planning consulting firm.
