The CFO and controller at Westaff Inc. (NASD: WSTF) resigned, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Senior VP and CFO Dawn Jaffray and VP and Controller Phillip Bland joined the company last August.

Westaff hired the Financial Leadership Group LLC, a CFO services and advisory firm, to provide interim financial management while it searches for replacements.
