For the United States' 108.3 million full-time wage and salary workers, the median weekly was $700 in the fourth quarter of 2007, up 2.6% year-over-year, the BLS said in another report released today.
And, in a third report released today, the BLS said that New York County in New York had the highest average weekly wage in the second quarter of 2007 at $1,540. Santa Clara County CA ranked second at $1,504 and Clayton County GA was third at $1,358.
