TechCrunch reports that eBay launched a new service in the U.K. that will allow people to hire workers online. The new service is called SecretGuru, and it’s in test stage now. TechCrunch reports the move puts eBay into the territory of collaborative consumption services like TaskRabbit, Zaarly and Care.com.
