Volt receives stock exchange notice

February 09, 2010

Volt Information Sciences Inc. (NYSE: VOL) reported it received notice from the New York Stock Exchange that its shares could be delisted because it has yet to file a 10-K for its 2009 fiscal year, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Volt is conducting a review, and may restate prior years' financial statements. As a result it hasn't released its 2009 10-K.

The company was given six extra months to file its 2009 10-K, and may receive up to another six months before a potential delisting.
