Volt Information Sciences Inc. (NYSE: VOL) announced Larry Kaylor will serve as president of a new division -- Volt Consulting Managed Services Programs. The division will be comprised of managed services programs previously provided through its Volt Workforce Solutions staffing division and ProcureStaff vendor management services division.

Kaylor previously served as president of ProcureStaff.

The company also announced ProcureStaff will be rebranded as ProcureStaff Technologies and Allen Rittscher will serve as president.

Volt's Workforce Solutions division will continue to provide staffing services and will be managed by Senior VP Tom Daley.
