The company now has until Dec. 31, 2010, to file its 10-K annual report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. It had previously been given an extension of up to Aug. 2, 2010.

Volt is in the process of restating its financials for the 2007 and 2008 fiscal years and could also restate financials for periods prior to that. The company said it expects to have its 10-K filed by the new December deadline.
