Zirtual, which provides US-based virtual assistants, announced Ramon Icasiano will join the company this month as COO, a new position within the company.

“I’m interested in the disruption of the business model, the transformation of people’s consumption of administrative services and how our employees can deliver an amazing client experience,” Icasiano said.

He most recently was a partner at Cognizant Business Consulting. He previously was VP of advocacy and service at Zynga and director of customer service at Netflix.

“Ramon’s passion and expertise for building global brands and outstanding customer experiences to scale is perfectly aligned for integration into our virtual environment,” said Zirtual founder and CEO Maren Kate Donovan.

Zirtual has headquarters in Las Vegas and San Francisco.
