Brazos Higher Education Service Corp., which provides educational funding to students and has over $10 billion in managed assets, acquired InterviewStream, a video interviewing company. InterviewStream will remain independent as a wholly owned subsidiary of Brazos.

InterviewStream provides pre-recorded and live video interviewing solutions and counts more than 500 clients, including corporations, executive search firms, staffing firms, global career transition firms and universities. It will move its headquarters to Waco, Texas, but retain an operation in the Philadelphia metropolitan area where the current InterviewStream team will work.

Tim Condon will serve as the new chief executive officer and InterviewStream co-founder Randy Bitting has been named chief innovation officer.
