Vedior shareholders OK new CEO

Vedior NV shareholders approved Louis Willem "Tex" Gunning as the new CEO during the company's annual meeting today. Gunning replaces Zach Miles at the helm of the Amsterdam-based staffing company. The company nominated Gunning as Miles' successor in July.

Gunning was VP of Southeast Asia and Australia for Unilever. Vedior previously announced his salary as euro750,000 plus a one-time payment of euro400,000 for the loss of long-term incentives at Unilever and euro100,000 for relocation.
