UST Global, an information technology solutions and services company, today announced its acquisition of Singapore-based Renaissance Solutions Pte. Ltd.

Established in 1999, Renaissance Solutions provides technology services, as well as executive search and staffing services to the construction and oil and gas sectors.

The deal extends UST Global’s international footprint and expands its expertise.
