USG People replacing CEO

June 28, 2010

USG People NV, one of the world's largest staffing firms, announced CEO Herman van Campenhout will leave effective July 1. Van Campenhout had come on board earlier this year with an effective start date of March 1.

"Regrettably, in the past few months it has become apparent to both Herman van Campenhout and USG People that there is a lack of sufficient chemistry between the parties," the company reported.

CFO Rob Zandbergen will take over as CEO as of July 1. Zandbergen will continue to serve as CFO on an interim basis.

Zandbergen was appointed CFO of USG People following its takeover of Solvus in 2005.

Netherlands-based USG ranked No. 4 on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2009 list of largest global staffing firms. It operates in Europe.
