US - Randstad announces new US leadership

Randstad Holding NV named a new leadership lineup for its U.S. operations that includes promoting three new group presidents. Robert Dickey will serve as group president, overseeing the U.S. technologies, engineering and enterprise solutions business lines for the company.

Dickey formerly served as executive vice president of technologies for Randstad US, overseeing information technology talent and solutions services. He has been with the organization for more than 19 years.

Traci Fiatte will serve as group president, overseeing the U.S. office & administration, manufacturing & logistics, in-house and corporate services operations. Fiatte formerly served as division president overseeing strategic/national accounts and on-site solutions, and she has been with the company for 17 years.

In addition, Rebecca Callahan was appointed group president overseeing Randstad Sourceright’s recruitment process outsourcing segment and the newly formed Randstad Professionals brand encompassing The Mergis Group, Randstad Human Resources and Randstad Finance and Accounting brands.

Callahan will also oversee Tatum, Randstad’s management and advisory services firm.

She previously served as president, recruitment process outsourcing, at Randstad Sourceright.

Randstad had announced in October during its earnings announcement that it was changing management structure and that Dan Foley had left the organization. Foley had served as president, Randstad US, Professionals.

Randstad, the world’s second-largest staffing firm, also announced in October that longtime global CEO Ben Noteboom was stepping down effective Feb. 28, and that Jacques van den Broek would succeed him.
