Corporate Resource Services Inc. (OTCBB: CRRS.OB), a New York-based staffing firm, reported it is forming a subsidiary to provide vendor management services to its clients through an agreement with WorkforceLogic, part of ZeroChaos. The subsidiary will be named The CRS Group Inc.

“Because the company’s clients frequently hire third-party vendor managers to manage all facets of their temporary staffing needs, the company anticipates that through its agreement with ZeroChaos, [The CRS Group] will be able to act as a master vendor that will simplify the temporary staffing needs of the company’s clients,” according to Corporate Resource Services.
