Corporate Resource Services Inc. (OTCBB: CRRS) acquired Personally Yours Staffing Inc. in a deal that took effect Jan. 3. Personally Yours Staffing has three South Florida offices in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

“This acquisition extends our footprint in the South Florida marketplace and enhances our ability to service our national base of clients,” said Corporate Resource Services CEO John Messina. “We continue to look forward to working with the associates who are part of Personally Yours Staffing Inc. as well as building a stronger presence throughout the state of Florida.”

Personally Yours Staffing was established in 1986 and provides a variety of staffing, including accounting, IT, human resources, administrative/clerical, customer service and call center personnel.

Corporate Resource Services ranks No. 34 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the U.S. with estimated staffing revenue of $345 million in 2011.
