Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a Greenwood, Colo.-based provider of information technology solutions and staffing, named M. Sean Radcliffe as its new vice president and general counsel. In this position, Radcliffe will serve as the company’s chief legal advisor and secretary to the board of directors.

Prior to Ciber, Radcliffe most recently served as vice president and chief legal counsel for IHS Inc., serving as a strategic advisor to company executives and as their primary legal resource.
