CareerBuilder acquired VON (the Vietnam Online Network), which owns and operates KiemViec.com and HR Vietnam. KiemViec.com is one of the largest job boards in Vietnam with more than 1,000,000 registered job seekers. HR Vietnam provides a job board, executive search, payroll management and recruitment of temporary staff, according to its website.

CareerBuilder has a presence in 60 markets worldwide after this deal.
