CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) appointed William Keneally as chief financial officer. The post was previously held by David Nocifora, who also served as chief operating officer. Nocifora will now focus solely on his role as COO.

Keneally has more than 25 years of experience in global finance, accounting and the public capital markets. Most recently, he was CFO and senior vice president with Gullivers Travel Associates by Travelport, then majority-owned by Blackstone Group.

“Bill will make a significant contribution to our financial planning and reporting process, and acquisition analysis, both of which are integral parts of our growth strategy,” said CTPartners CEO Brian Sullivan.
