UK – De Poel launches new business aimed at businesses with a smaller temporary labour spend

24 April 2015

Matthew Sanders, CEO of de Poel, has launched a new solution aimed at catering to the needs of businesses and organisations with a smaller temporary labour spend.

In response to growing demand and as a means of ensuring further customer engagement, de Poel One Source was founded as a new solution for companies with a temporary labour spend of less than £5 million per annum. The new solution is aimed at helping them access a wider talent pool and getting more from their temporary labour agencies, in a compliant and cost-effective way.

By increasing the number of clients through de Poel One Source, this, in turn, will give enhanced opportunities to de Poel’s agency partners, in growing their businesses even further.

de Poel One Source works to reduce invoices dramatically, providing just one consolidated invoice to clients each week. In addition to this, the solution claims to offer substantial cost savings (around 10%) typically incurred with procuring temporary labour, and a compliance service, saving businesses the encumbrance of legal worries.

Through de Poel One Source, clients will have access to nearly 3,000 agencies that de Poel engages and transacts with on a weekly basis; needing to make only one call or booking via the web site, when they have a requirement for temporary labour. By handling all vacancies on the client’s behalf, de Poel One Source reduces workloads and management costs. Clients also have access to an extensive talent pool comprising of high quality candidates retained by agencies that compete on quality of service.

Matthew Sanders comments: “Through the success of de Poel, I spotted an opportunity to develop a solution that caters to companies with a smaller spend than our existing clients. As new clients came on board, we soon realised there was huge potential to adapt our core model, consolidating this through de Poel One Source.

“Through our relationships with nearly 3,000 agencies, we engage with tens of thousands of agency workers on a weekly basis. We have worked hard to create a smarter way of working for businesses and recruitment agencies, many more of which will now be able to access a wide talent pool of workers, and provide temporary labour resource, through just one phone call,” he added.
