TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI) named Joe Sambataro, the company's former CEO and CFO, as board chairman. Sambataro served as CEO from 2001 to 2006 and as CFO from 1997 to 2001.

Former chairman Robert Sullivan will remain on the board as a director.

TrueBlue is a Tacoma WA-based staffing firm. Its brands include Labor Ready, Spartan Staffing and CLP Resources among others.
