Trellist Marketing and Technology, a marketing technology professional services firm, has integrated its acquisitions of Forthright Consulting, a Wilmington, Del.-based provider of information technology staffing.

The acquisition took place 15 months ago, and Trellist reported revenue rose 275 percent in combined sales for its resource management division and Forthright.

Trellist focuses on professional services in marketing and technology and provided some staffing services prior to the Forthright acquisition.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
