The staffing software division of TraxStar Technologies LLC was acquired by eEmpACT Software, part of the Bond International Software Group, the companies announced today. TraxStar's products include TempTrax and Staff Trax. Terms of the deal were not announced. Tim Schram, of Bond International, said TempTrax and Staff Trax will continue to be supported during the next year or two as customers come over to eEmpACT software.
The acquisition reinforces eEmpACT's commitment to long-term growth, said CEO Tim Giehll in a statement. "It also initiates what we are certain will be a continuing consolidation of staffing software companies over the next two years as this segment of the software industry begins to mature."
