PeopLease, a transportation professional employer organization, appointed Samuel Rossa as president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining PeopLease, Rossa served as executive vice president, operations and analytics, at Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based AlphaStaff, which ranks as the seventh-largest PEO in the United States.

Rossa also held executive leadership positions including managing director for Experis; CEO and president of Corvest, a specialty advertising company; and vice president and general manager of aerospace and power generation for CDI Corp.
